Delete your account

You can delete your Munadi Connect account and everything stored with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address you signed up with to support@munadi.tech.
Use the subject Delete my Munadi account.
We verify that the request comes from the account's own address, delete the account, and reply to confirm. This is done within 30 days, and normally within a few days.

You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need the app installed to ask.

What gets deleted

Your account record: name, email address and sign-in credentials.
The list of Munadi devices paired to your account, and their settings.
Your linked mosque and prayer preferences held against the account.

What stays on your phone

Settings, the downloaded mosque timetable and other app data are stored locally on your phone. Signing out or uninstalling the app removes them. Deleting the app from your phone alone does not delete the account, so use one of the two methods above.

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing is kept for marketing or profiling. Where a record must be retained to meet a legal or accounting obligation, it is kept only for the period that obligation requires and is then deleted. Location is never stored in the first place: it is used as a search parameter at the moment you tap "Use my location" and is not saved. See the privacy policy for the full detail.

حذف حسابك

يمكنك حذف حساب Munadi Connect وكل ما يرتبط به في أي وقت.

أرسل رسالة من البريد الإلكتروني الذي سجّلت به إلى support@munadi.tech بعنوان "حذف حسابي". نتحقق من أن الطلب صادر من صاحب الحساب، ثم نحذف الحساب ونردّ عليك بالتأكيد، خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى وغالباً خلال أيام. لا تحتاج إلى ذكر سبب، ولا إلى وجود التطبيق على هاتفك.

يشمل الحذف: بيانات الحساب (الاسم والبريد وبيانات الدخول)، وأجهزة المنادي المرتبطة بالحساب وإعداداتها، والمسجد المرتبط وتفضيلات المواقيت. أما الإعدادات المحفوظة على هاتفك فتُحذف عند تسجيل الخروج أو إزالة التطبيق. موقعك لا يُخزَّن أصلاً.
